I am currently the Director of Product for North America Innovation at Visa, where I use human centered design to build next generation payment solutions. I am designing, building, and launching a biometric experience at the Tokyo 2021 Olympics.
I also sit on the Advisory Board for Spark Program, a nonprofit which aims to give underserved youths early exposure to tech careers through immersive projects and mentorship.
Previously, I managed strategic accounts at Stripe, where I worked with top partners to develop unique payment strategies and grow their business on the platform. As an early member in the role, I helped expand the team to Ireland, Australia, Singapore, and the UK.
Prior to that, I was a consultant at Microsoft helping clients implement best practices. As an industry certified ITIL v3 Expert, I focused on the IT Service Management framework. Over the course of 3 years, I traveled to a different city every week and spent the last year as a full time road warrior, giving up my apartment to live fully out of hotels.
In 2015, I launched and managed Girls in Tech DC, a nonprofit focused on empowering women in tech and entrepreneurship. Within the first year, we grew to 370 members and 30 volunteers.
I’ve also had a number of stints in my past life including:
- Owned the supply chain management of Axe body products across the East Coast at Unilever.
- Executed tradeshows to sell unmanned aircraft and intelligence products to US government while working for a defense company.
- Worked on the Implantable Miniature Telescope (microscope implanted in the eye of macular degeneration patients to regain/improve sight) at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University.
